Insurance and Fees

As of January 1, 2025 Connected Heart Clinical Group will no  longer accept insurance..  We can provide clients with a Superbill to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. 

A superbill shows an itemized list of services that you have received from an out-of-network provider. It's like a detailed invoice or receipt. A therapist can provide you with a superbill — a specific document required by an insurance company — that allows you to seek reimbursement for an out-of-network provider.

$175 for a 90 min intake session.

$150 for a 45-50 min individual session. 

$160 for a 60-75 min family therapy session.

$100 per supervision session.

Additional fees are billed for lengthy phone calls (over 15 minutes), requests for written recommendations, requests for documentation, and/or participation in team meetings.  The rate for these requests are $20 per 15 minutes.

Late cancelation (12 hours or less prior to scheduled appointment) will incur a $60 charge to the client.  

All clients are required to have a credit card on file.
